“ Stopped on our way home upstate and the food was AMAZING! It’s so hard to find a good restaurant that knows how to make French toast. The waffles were fluffy. Everything was so good. Our waitress was the sweetest, she gave a bunch of recommendations and checked on us constantly. I wish i remembered her name but she was blonde and very pretty. 10/10 Service. Definitely take some goods with you on the way out! ”
“ Were recently ate here twice on a recent visit to Point Pleasant. We came for breakfast and was not disappointed at all. The staff was nice and friendly and the coffee was good and BIG. The place is VERY clean and it was probably the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a restaurant. I would definitely return. We also bought some items from the bakery and while they were very fresh and tasty, they were a bit too sweet for us. ”
“ Pastrami Reuben is delicious! My husband and niece had the Cobb Salad, and both loved it. Sweet potato fries - yum! Thank you, Ria, great service! ”
“ My family and I love Pop's Corner! The food and service is always delicious, timely and friendly. In fact they are catering my daughter's communion brunch too! I like the Chicken and Waffles, Benedicts and my kids love chocolate chip pancakes and the muffins especially. Check them out! ”
“ Super cute. Food was excellent, fresh and they even offered the gluten free roll for our burger. Closing @ 3pm for the off season, look for extended hours in the summer! Highly recommend. And Mia was attentive & lovely as our server. ”
“ Overall 5 stars, 5 stars for Service, 5 stars for atmosphere but 4 stars for food simply because everything was way too salty and I have a few critiques. I want to first say the market is so cute and a great spot to grab quality items, I especially love the selection of canned Mocktails available. The pastries looked out of this world and the espresso was divine! Let’s talk about the crab cake eggs Benedict, now Pop’s Corner, you’re in Point, you really need to knock crab cakes out of the park in a town like this. I really love that you use real crab meat but there is way too much breading and too much salt overall. I recommend you make the crab cakes smaller and increase the ratio of meat to breading. The side of home fries were also not great, too crispy. I would recommend grilling home fries instead of deep frying them for a better texture and flavor. Other than that everything was very great! Great coffee, great espresso, great pancakes and a great atmosphere! ”
“ Always on the lookout for a new place to eat, seeing this place being renovated brought some excitement. This morning we had the time to sit and enjoy a meal so we chose to come here. They did not disappoint, from the friendly owners, staff and decor, it was a win in my book. The colors certainly work well with the decor, and it didn't feel overly bright nor dim, and dark. The menu has a wide variety of drinks and meals to choose from, all reasonably priced. I chose the Farmhouse House bowl, which had shredded short ribs, onions, hash browns, and 2 eggs. I chose to have over easy eggs, and it was so good! It was a perfect amount of food for my liking, not left feeling overstuffed, and I'm definitely not hungry for more. Their coffee is not your typical diner style coffee, I found it to be rich and flavorful. My wife had the Monte Cristo sandwich, and it looked amazing. It tasted as good as it looked! We definitely want to go back for lunch one day and rumor inside the restaurant is they may experiment with a limited dinner menu in the near future! I'd suggest joining their mailing list or facebook page to see whats new. The only thing they didn't have was a specials menu, but thats just me wanting to see a chef's personal creations. They also have a small market in the same space, that you can buy fresh baked goods and coffee or meals on the fly. It also has a small variety of various items for sale. ”
“ Very cute place with tasty food and drinks. Orange juice was fresh and delicious. I got a dirty chai latte and my husband got a matcha latte and both were great in nice big mugs. I got an omlette with pastrami cheese and peppers and onions while my husband got the salmon eggs benedict. We both enjoied our meals quite a bit! The potatoes were nice and flavorful, and the wheat toast was like a nice arnold multigrain bread or something, very nice bread. I got a side of turkey sausage and it was like good real turkey sausage (not those frozen spongey boxed ones some places have. They had good ones) . Atomosphere was cute, bright, and clean. Service was good. Parking lot behind the restaurant was awkward to get to and only had 2 spots for the restaurant but we went on an off peak time so it wasnt a problem. Would definitely go again. Next door they have a market with neat items and pastries as well. We didnt get the pastries but we bought some items. ”
